  • Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in the health sector and with government bodies, advocating for the needs of those with Neurofibromatosis.">
  • Operational Oversight: Manage budget development, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency to maximize impact.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; health sector experience preferred.">
  • 3-5 years' leadership experience in a not-for-profit organization, ideally securing government and/or corporate funding.">
  • Proven ability to develop digital strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.">
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial management skills.">
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with empathy for the Neurofibromatosis community.">
