Family Ministry Champion

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Family Ministry Champion. As a champion for kids' and family ministry, you will support and resource local churches, encourage and equip leaders across the state, and inspire children to grow in faith.

This role is ideal for those passionate about children's and family ministry, who love encouraging others, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide guidance and direction to team members.

The Family Ministry Champion will lead the development of programs and resources to support local churches in their kids and families ministry, collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach, and contribute to the growth and development of QB Kids and Family Ministry.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate their commitment to our values and mission, and who is willing to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support local churches in kids and families ministry
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to children's and family ministry
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support
  • Maintain strong relationships with local churches and leaders, providing ongoing support and encouragement
  • Contribute to the growth and development of QB Kids and Family Ministry through program development and resource creation
