Complex Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage high value and complex claims.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of claims with a potential value of £500K+ from notification through to settlement.

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of complex claims.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accurate estimating and controlling indemnity spend.
  • Lead solicitor/loss adjuster meetings and large loss estimating committees.
  • Share knowledge and support the development of others in your team and the wider claims community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of handling high value and complex commercial property or injury claims, with a settlement authority of at least £500k.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Motivational leadership and empathy to drive effective outcomes.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
