As a Personal Care Worker with Bolton Clarke, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support that meets their individual needs. - Job Description:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Assist residents with meals, snacks and drinks, and promote healthy eating habits.
- Engage residents in social activities, hobbies and interests, and help them maintain their independence and autonomy.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Complete Police Check.
- Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent.
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
- Experience in care role highly regarded.
