About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee operations in Australia within the renewable energy sector. This role requires a highly skilled individual who excels in people management, communication, and remote leadership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing operational processes, with a focus on procurement, compliance, and certifications. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the operations function in Australia, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement processes related to procurement, compliance, and certifications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  3. Oversee commercial and project-based deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  4. Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications
