About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pricing Specialist. As a key member of our National Quote to Cash Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that prices and pricing configurations are loaded accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of pricing strategy through loading prices and configurations in our system.
  • Ensure that pricing policies are adhered to and governance is followed.
  • Support the development of tool and systems that leverage customer data, drive sales, and improve margin.
  • Work closely with Account Managers & Sales Teams or product specific pricing people to ensure they know how to determine the right price.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in maintaining regional 'standard products listing', managing the process of 'additional customer data' (DPL's) creation, change and maintenance, and maintaining necessary regional price documentation as controlled documents - issuing amendments as required.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a dynamic environment. Your tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, IT, and/or statistical disciplines will be highly regarded, along with your previous experience in a similar pricing or support role.

You should have a high attention to detail while keeping an overview of the larger picture, and be able to work autonomously while prioritizing tasks. Your ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times, demonstrating respect and courtesy when dealing with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, is essential. An agile mindset, combined with effective time management skills, will enable you to thrive in this role.

Holcim offers a competitive salary range, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a base salary, you may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits such as comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans.
