Capital Works Delivery Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver their capital works program in NSW and ACT.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, contract negotiation, and design management. They will be responsible for scoping, coordinating, planning, outsourcing, delivering, reporting, and governing the capital works program across the Office portfolio.
- Manage the coordination, planning, outsourcing, delivery, reporting, and governance of the NSW and ACT (Office) capital works program.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of projects on time, with minimal impact to tenants.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring expenditure control related to projects under management.
- Produce detailed capital expenditure submissions and reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Project management qualification and/or tertiary qualifications in Building, Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 10 years' industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar technical role.
- Demonstrated contract negotiation experience in the building and construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of the design and delivery construction market.
