Job Summary

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the processing of incoming invoices within a fully digital workflow. This role will also involve serving as a key contact for internal teams and external vendors, handling account clarifications and managing payment reminders. Additionally, the coordinator will generate payments and handle bank bookings reliably and efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; prior experience in freight forwarding preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, organized, and proactive
