Located in our Tweed Heads office, our Client Support Coordinators and Senior Client Support Coordinators play a crucial role in managing administrative functions and coordinating various activities. Your primary duty will be to handle incoming calls as the first point of contact for participants, families, and the broader community.
Leverage your customer service and problem-solving expertise to provide guidance on the NDIS and other available supports in our service areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clearly articulating NDIS information to individuals, families, and the community to enhance understanding.
  • Facilitating access to NDIS resources, addressing questions, and ensuring confidentiality in daily recordkeeping.
  • Assisting participants over the phone in exploring options and building their capacity for self-management.
  • Optimizing daily LAC operations to ensure service efficiency and achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Coordinating appointments for program participants while maintaining organized LAC schedules.
  • Implementing effective service rostering to ensure resource efficiency and continuity of care.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume scheduling and call center settings.
  • Strong technological proficiency and internet skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.
  • The capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high client expectations.
  • High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A positive and respectful demeanor, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills.
  • A commitment to upholding the values of Feros Care and the core principles of the NDIS.
