About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Employee to join our team at Whiddon in Tweed Heads. As a Home Care Employee, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly Australians to continue living at home with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, social support, transportation, meal preparation, personal care, and medication services to clients in their homes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced Care Coordinators to ensure seamless support and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or a related field (or be willing to obtain)
  • An insured car and driver's license
