Administrative Coordinator: Employee Services

About the Role:
We are seeking an administration superstar to join our People and Culture team at Social Futures. As an Administrative Coordinator: Employee Services, you will be working in a dynamic fast-paced environment to support the delivery of employee services across the organisation.
You will be coordinating recruitment processes, working with our HRIS system Elmo to maintain, update, and distribute employee documentation, as well as providing administrative support focusing on employee relations and work health and safety.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative support role.
- Previous experience with ELMO or similar HRIS systems an advantage.
- Experience or exposure in providing recruitment administration support.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions including the use of databases.
