About the Role:

We are seeking an administration superstar to join our People and Culture team at Social Futures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of employee services across the organisation, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining our HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising and shortlisting candidates
  • Maintain and update employee documentation in our HRIS system
  • Provide a range of administrative support tasks, including employee relations and work health and safety

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative support role
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems, such as ELMO
  • Experience or exposure in providing recruitment administration support
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions
