We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in our Leederville based office. The role will mainly consist of admin duties, including assisting with mobilisation, employee contracts and onboarding, safety compliance and other admin related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to receiving and responding to correspondence, processing invoices and managing the filing system.
- Provide support with employee onboarding, offboarding and contract management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience in a professional office environment.
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience within Contracts, Mobilisation, HR, Purchasing a major advantage.
