Construction Formworkers Wanted – Civil & Concrete Works

About the role

Structure Crete Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Construction Formworkers to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This is a full-time position, working across a variety of civil and concrete construction projects. As a key member of our skilled trades crew, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, durable structures to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork for concrete structures
  • Ensuring formwork meets project specifications and safety standards
  • Operating power tools and hand tools required for formwork tasks
  • Collaborating with the construction crew to coordinate the formwork process
  • Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
  • Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Several years' experience as a Construction Formworker in the civil or commercial construction industry
  • Strong practical skills in constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Construction Induction (White) Card or equivalent
