We are seeking a seasoned sponsorship sales leader to spearhead our Rights Management team in Melbourne. As Senior Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing sales team responsible for securing some of the largest deals in sports with premium rights holders worldwide.

Reporting to our Managing Director, Sponsorship, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. Your entrepreneurial spirit, leadership credentials, and ability to build trusted relationships with C-Level executives will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a world-class sales team delivering record-breaking deals
  • Spearhead the acquisition of new rights and expand existing client scope
  • Nurture talent and develop a high-performing sales culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
