Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting staff, providing clear direction and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, handle feedback promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Supervision & Training: Supervise and support Level 1 and 2 staff, providing clear direction and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Task Allocation: Assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion of all duties.
  • Campaign Participation: Contribute to cinema campaigns and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Operational Procedures: Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and systematic transition between shifts.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow fire, emergency, and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cash Handling & Administration: Support cash procedures, accuracy, and financial protocols to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
  • Content & Equipment Management: Monitor projection and audio equipment, manage content delivery, and support maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

KPI's include customer feedback and NPS results, cash handling competence, food and beverage quality and timeliness, stock variances within guidelines, achievement of company targets, and effective team coaching and leadership.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience at Level 2
  • Basic Math and English proficiency
  • Competence across FOH departments and cash handling
  • Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and guide team members
