Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level in a dynamic environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supervising 4 or more junior staff members and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Acting as a team leader responsible for coordinating, organizing, and allocating work efficiently
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the operation of the entertainment complex

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful applicant will be accountable for:

  • Customer Service: Consistently deliver outstanding service, handle feedback promptly, and ensure a positive experience
  • Supervision & Training: Supervise and develop junior staff, providing clear direction and coaching
  • Task Allocation: Efficiently assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion
  • Campaign Participation: Contribute to cinema campaigns and promotional activities
  • Operational Procedures: Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and systematic transition
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow fire, emergency, and safety protocols diligently
  • Cash Handling & Administration: Support cash procedures, accuracy, and financial protocols
  • Content & Equipment Management: Monitor projection and audio equipment, manage content delivery, and support maintenance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience at Level 2
  • Basic Math and English proficiency
  • Competence across FOH departments and cash handling
  • Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring junior staff
