Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising client relationships, promoting excellent service, and ensuring that food and beverages are delivered to guests in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff supervision, customer servicing practices, and workplace hygiene. They will also possess the ability to operate POS systems and work according to the requirements of the position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant vocational or higher qualification
- At least 2 years recent experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience with staff supervision and customer servicing practices
- Sound knowledge and experience with workplace hygiene, work health and safety, and responsible servicing of alcohol
