Food and Beverage Team Leader

This is a management role within our Food and Beverage department.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supervising teams, providing clear direction and coaching to staff members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example: Demonstrating high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Team supervision: Supervising level 1 and 2 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Campaign participation: Contributing to cinema promotions and activities.
KPIs include customer feedback, cash handling competence, food quality, stock variances, and team performance.
Skill and Experience: Minimum 6 months experience at Level 2, proficiency in basic math and English, competence across front-of-house departments and cash handling.
Behavioural Capabilities: Customer-focused mindset, team-oriented approach, leadership and coaching skills, effective communication, decisiveness, high work standards, professional appearance, and commitment to safety policies.
