Cinema Operations Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven ability to supervise and assist with training of junior staff, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion.

The ideal candidate will possess minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, basic Math and English proficiency, competence across Front of House departments and cash handling skills, and leadership qualities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support junior staff, providing clear direction and coaching
  • Efficiently assign tasks to team members to ensure seamless execution
  • Contribute to cinema campaigns and promotional activities
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and systematic transition
  • Follow fire, emergency, and safety protocols diligently
  • Support cash handling, accuracy, and financial protocols
  • Monitor projection and audio equipment, manage content delivery, and perform maintenance tasks
