Job Title: Project Erection Manager

The Project Erection Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction of mechanical scope within the project. This involves planning and optimizing work packages to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate erection activities, including preparation of installation work packages.
  • Participate in the development of optimization methods for assembly, if necessary.
  • Request materials and tools and ensure availability at the work site.
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety and quality risks during planning and execution.
  • Effectively communicate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report progress, identifying non-conformities and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Proactively identify and document scope deviation, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect and report one-point lessons and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and police check.
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb as necessary.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
