Job Title: Site Project Lead

 About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Project Lead to oversee the erection of balance of plant mechanical systems. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all site activities related to the installation of balance of plant mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize work scope, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hydro power industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
