Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support electrical and mechanical erection scope of works at the Snowy 2.0 site.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed schedule for mechanical and electrical erection activities, including turbines, generators, hydraulic steel structures, and balance of plant systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a detailed project schedule using Primavera P6 software.
  • Cordinated field service scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update and manage synchronization of field schedules with master and integrated schedules shared with clients.
  • Monitor progress and performance at site in close coordination with Site Project Manager and Supervisors.
  • Identify schedule risks and deviations early, propose mitigations or recovery plans, and ensure adherence to key project deadlines.
  • Interface closely with subcontractors to assess progress against plan and manage dependencies.
  • Report earned progress, critical path changes, and float consumption.
  • Contribute to preventive planning to reduce schedule impacts during commissioning and unit operations.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
  • 10+ years' experience in senior scheduling roles, including at least 5 years as a lead scheduler on large-scale hydro or complex infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in installation and commissioning planning of heavy mechanical systems
  • High-level proficiency in Primavera P6, with additional capability in Power BI and SAP considered advantageous
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
