Job Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the erection of the Balance of Plant Mechanical (BoPm) scope of the Snowy project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and optimize work scope to ensure safe execution with quality focus.
  • Analyze and identify potential safety and quality risks; mitigate in planning and execution.
  • Effectively communicate work plans with subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report progress.
  • Identify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
About You
  • Able to drive project success with focus on Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Schedule, and Budget.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in large hydro power projects or industries.
  • Proficient technical and operational knowledge of balance of plant mechanical systems.
  • Collaborative team player with customer- and people-oriented approach.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test and police check.
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb as necessary.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
