Our team seeks a skilled Superintendent to lead Fixed Plant operations. This role offers a chance to develop leadership capabilities while fostering a safety-driven culture.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a capable team in delivering cost-effective asset performance through execution of asset health assessment, maintenance engineering, planning, scheduling, and shutdown coordination.

This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on promoting a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture to promote safety awareness and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fixed Plant Maintenance personnel.
  • Manage Fixed Plant Maintenance activities to maximise productivity while minimising cost and environmental impact.
