MPI are currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Electricians to join our client's gold mining operation in WA.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems across the processing plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation of fixed plant equipment.
Duties include:
- Electrical maintenance and fault-finding on crushers, conveyors, mills, pumps, and associated fixed plant equipment
- HV/LV switching and isolations
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Working to site safety standards and procedures.
What we're looking for:
- WA Electrical Licence – essential
- Gold processing plant electrical experience
- Working at Heights – essential
- HV Switching – desirable
- Dual trade (Electrical/Instrumentation) – desirable
- CCTV and Open Cablers licence – desirable
- Confined Spaces – desirable
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements (including medical and DAS)
- NPC current within 3-months.
