We are seeking a professional to lead our Fixed Processing Plant Maintenance function.

This critical role is responsible for delivering cost-effective, best-practice asset management to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry and possess strong leadership skills.

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, this leader will report directly to the Head of Operations and drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across maintenance disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fixed Processing Plant Maintenance function
  • Deliver cost-effective, best-practice asset management
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
  • Manage maintenance execution, engineering, shutdowns, and planning teams
  • Drive functional excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Trade qualification with higher education
