We are seeking a dedicated and skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a Leading Hand Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our processing plant infrastructure.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing processing plant equipment including crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings, and reagent circuits. This will involve performing fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical components of processing equipment including lubrication systems, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps.

Key aspects of your job will include:

  • Maintaining detailed maintenance history in Pronto, our Computerised Maintenance Management System
  • Collaborating with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to junior staff members
  • Actively promoting a high level of safety awareness and leading by example
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current C Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a fixed plant maintenance team
  • Experience in Sag/Ball Mill operations
  • Forklift license desirable
  • Confined space ticket desirable
  • Working at heights ticket desirable
  • Shut down planning and managing experience
  • Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System such as Pronto desirable
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Solid communication skills with ability to build strong collaborative relationships
