Fleet Excellence Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Excellence Manager to drive excellence across our delivery network.

This key member of our operations team will be responsible for managing a team of 500-850 Delivery Executives daily, focusing on individual efficiency and productivity.

  • Coach and train DEs through field training to enhance their delivery experience.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance among DEs.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate voluntary attrition and control absconders through engagement activities.

This role involves addressing DE-level issues and grievances by escalating them to relevant teams, mitigating strikes with minimal disruption to operations, hosting weekly huddles to discuss new products and business growth initiatives, and providing valuable insights on cost, speed, and new launches to inform decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in fleet management is essential.
  • Must have a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
  • Able to work independently with minimal follow-ups.
  • Available to work on weekends.
  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate, and train blue-collar workers.
  • Local geographical knowledge and ability to converse in local languages are required.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and go-getter mindset are highly valued.
  • Must have attention to detail and critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on maintaining high standards.
