Key Role: Category Development Manager

  • Partner with Sales and leadership teams to build activation calendars.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful brand launches.
  • Present category plans and new product opportunities to key partners.
  • Adapt to broader portfolio responsibilities as the business evolves.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, brand management, trade marketing, or category strategy.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strategic and analytical skills.
  • Experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • P&L literacy.
  • Forecasting and demand planning.
