Job Title: Portfolio Strategist

As a key member of our team, the Portfolio Strategist will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of our portfolio companies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on business growth strategies and operations to portfolio companies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with founding teams to ensure alignment with our investment goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for scaling and optimizing portfolio operations.
  • Create actionable playbooks for key areas of focus, including customer engagement, market expansion, and talent acquisition.
  • Work closely with the investor relations team to deliver timely updates and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and driving business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and lead projects from concept to delivery.
