Enterprise Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive our continued growth and success. As a consultative sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • You will spend your days originating opportunities, closing deals, and getting to know your clients to define their experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and proposing innovative solutions to their problems.
  • As a senior sales professional, you will work closely with C-level executives to devise solutions to their toughest problems and deliver lasting partnerships that exceed clients' greatest expectations.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner daily with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A background in B2B client service and extensive experience in a consultative sales role where you exceeded business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
  • Experience in selling "people as a product" and working in a senior role as an individual contributor.
  • A highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail, pattern recognition, time management skills, and expert judgment and decision-making skills.
  • A high-impact communicator who can present to executive-level stakeholders and knows how to leverage data to make smart decisions about where to spend their time.
  • A relentless service orientation, effortless ability to form trusted-advisor relationships, catalytic desire to improve the status quo, and ability to operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.
