Overview

Senior Client Advisor - Sydney at Louis Vuitton. This role is focused on leading by example, coaching the team, actively managing the selling floor and client experience, driving department sales and confidence, and delivering morning briefs and training for the team. The Senior Client Advisor provides supervisory leadership on the selling floor and supports the Store Management team in the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Leading by example and being a role model in all areas of your role
  • Providing coaching, feedback and direction to the team
  • Actively managing the selling floor and the client experience
  • Promoting and driving your department to increase team sales and confidence
  • Preparing and delivering morning briefs and training for the team
  • Taking supervisory lead on the selling floor and supporting Store Management in day-to-day operations
  • Elevating the client experience, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships
  • Becoming a brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton within the team and with clients
  • Driving sales and profitability through strategic clientelling and operational excellence
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a positive and supportive environment
Qualifications
  • Leadership DNA: Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members, demonstrating leadership qualities
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to drive sales and profitability
  • Clienteling Obsession: A passion for building relationships with VIP clients, hosting exclusive appointments, and representing the brand at the highest level
  • Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures
  • Exceptional Communication: Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally
  • Proactive & Agile: A proactive mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment (e.g., store/department manager)
  • Track Record: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Coaching Passion: A love for coaching others and progressing your leadership journey
  • Drive: Demonstrated ability to drive sales results of yourself and others
  • Client Management: Experience managing difficult client situations
  • Commercial Mindset: A commercial business mindset to increase store performance
