Job Overview:

This role is designed to support our team in providing exceptional client care and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized attention and timely communication
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Billing and payment processing for clients
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency

To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
