
Client Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized attention and timely communication
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide administrative support to clinicians, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Billing and payment processing for clients
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
