A key role exists for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Customer Banking Team Leader.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape exceptional banking experiences for customers and empower teams to thrive.
The successful candidate will lead daily operations, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high quality service across all customer touchpoints - in-branch, over the phone, and online.
You'll play a hands-on role in customer interactions, especially in resolving complex enquiries and complaints, while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key skills required include strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire and develop others.
Experience in banking, lending, or managing customer-facing teams is highly regarded.
