At our esteemed hospital, we are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the support services team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing outstanding workforce and operational leadership to ensure high standards of service delivery and outcomes within budget.
- Supervising day-to-day catering operations, cleaning of patient rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
- Managing rostering, staffing, and supervision of teams to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving improvement opportunities, delivering business efficiencies, and meeting organisational targets. You will also be expected to develop staff in delivering exceptional service and promote a patient-centric mindset.
Selection Criteria:- Proven performance in a similar operational role.
- Proven ability to improve budget performance and deliver business efficiencies.
- Successful track record in delivering accreditation and compliance requirements.
