Project Manager Bid Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager Bid Specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality proposals that win business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing bid processes, from strategy development to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic approach and execution of multi-million-dollar proposals, tenders, and bid responses.
  • Review procurement documentation, lead bid go/no go discussions, and formulate a clear plan for delivering a compelling offer.
  • Act as bid manager by mobilizing internal stakeholders, setting timelines, and overseeing execution against the plan.
  • Comply with governance requirements and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate discussions focused on differentiators, win themes, and content to ensure high-quality answers are developed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in project management or bid management with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and IT literacy, including proofreading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing, and foster credible collaborative relationships.
