We are seeking a driven and strategic ICT Business Development Manager to help us expand our ICT services portfolio and build strong client relationships.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ICT business growth strategies
  • Identify, pursue and secure new client opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision makers, procurement teams and partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, tender responses and negotiations through to contract close
  • Develop account plans and drive upsell/cross-sell of existing services to maximise client value
  • Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to design and present tailored ICT solutions
  • Monitor and analyse ICT market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations and proposals to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to pricing, bid preparation and marketing campaigns to support lead generation
  • Attend client site visits and travel as required

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in ICT sales, account management or business development, a solid understanding of ICT products and trends, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

A relevant degree in Business, IT or related field is also essential. Australian PR or Citizenship is preferred but not essential.
