ICT Business Development Manager / ICT Sales Manager
to help us expand our ICT services portfolio and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.

What you'll do
Develop and execute ICT business growth strategies.
Identify, pursue and secure new client opportunities across public and private sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, procurement teams and partners.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, tender responses and negotiations through to contract close.
Develop account plans and drive upsell/cross-sell of existing services to maximise client value.
Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to design and present tailored ICT solutions.
Monitor and analyse ICT market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations and proposals to senior stakeholders.
Contribute to pricing, bid preparation and marketing campaigns to support lead generation.
Attend client site visits and travel as required.
3+ years' experience in ICT sales, account management or business development.
Solid understanding of ICT products, services and trends (AWS, DevOps, ERP, Cybersecurity and more).
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Relevant degree in Business, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Australian PR or Citizenship preferred.
