Job Title: Business Development Manager
">Overview:
">We're hiring an experienced ICT sales professional to help us expand our ICT services portfolio and build strong client relationships. As a leading provider of website development, AWS solutions, ERP implementations, cybersecurity services, and more, we deliver innovative technology outcomes for clients across multiple industries.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute ICT business growth strategies.">
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across public and private sectors.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and partners.">
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, tender responses, and negotiations through to contract close.">
- Drive upsell/cross-sell of existing services to maximise client value.">
- Work closely with technical, engineering, and delivery teams to design and present tailored ICT solutions.">
- Monitor and analyse ICT market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.">
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to senior stakeholders.">
- Contribute to pricing, bid preparation, and marketing campaigns to support lead generation.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- 3+ years' experience in ICT sales, account management, or business development.">
- Solid understanding of ICT products, services, and trends (AWS, DevOps, ERP, Cybersecurity, and more).">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.">
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.">
- Relevant degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).">
- Australian PR or Citizenship preferred.">
