Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise, support and administration in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including negotiation, advisory and influencing abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

They will also have ICT leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage change and generate a culture of continuous improvement.

Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes is essential.

Additionally, they must have well-developed management skills and knowledge, including planning, resource management, budget preparation and management.

Technical competency in operational management of large and diverse end-user computing environments using Microsoft Software Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), iPrint, Active Directory and/or Windows 7+ is necessary.

Requirements
