Job Overview

The Plaster Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, loading and restocking warehouses, and maintaining a safe work environment.

This position involves:

  • Loading and unloading trucks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Restocking warehouses to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Delivering orders to customers with excellent customer service skills.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues and customers.
  • Navigating diverse groups of people, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Loading and unloading trucks efficiently to minimize downtime.
  2. Ensuring timely delivery of products by maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  3. Providing solutions for customers and escalating any issues that arise.
  4. Following company policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections.
  • Sound understanding of materials and building industry principles.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and communicate effectively.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
