We offer a wide range of housing solutions, including social, affordable, and specialist accommodation, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families.

Our commitment to excellence ensures we provide a client-centred approach to tenancy and property management services in the Central West and Western regions of NSW.

We have a role available for a highly organised and customer-focussed Housing Officer to be based in Dubbo.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tenancy and property management and/or community services.

Knowledge of the residential tenancies act is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Housing Officer is classified as a Level 4.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $88,327 gross per annum.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting lease sign-ups
  • Routine inspections
  • Ensuring all information in our system is up-to-date
  • Following up any client enquiries, complaints or other issues
  • Maintaining close contact with clients whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Working closely with the Support Coordinator to ensure our clients are receiving appropriate support to sustain their tenancies
