Central West Region Delivery Specialist

This role is a critical component of our organization's efforts to deliver projects under the current phase of the Australian Government's Natural Heritage Trust in the Central West region.
- The Regional Capacity Services (RCS) Coordinator will play a central role in leading key NHT program requirements, ensuring dynamic delivery of the program.
- Responsibilities include revising and updating the Central West LLS NRM Plan annually and leading the mid-term plan review.
- The RCS Coordinator will also participate actively in internal and external communities of practice, advisory groups, and information-sharing forums.
- Financial management and budget oversight are essential responsibilities of this role.
- Reporting and maintaining service delivery evidence are critical tasks for the RCS Coordinator.
- Supporting community participation in project delivery and assisting Project Managers in implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Improvement (MERI) Framework are additional responsibilities.
As the RCS Coordinator, you will have experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, financial management, community collaboration, communication, and reporting. You must also hold relevant qualifications and be willing to travel.
Essential Requirements:A degree in agricultural, environmental, natural resource management, biosecurity, or emergency management is required. Alternatively, equivalent industry knowledge and experience are acceptable. A current NSW driver license is also necessary.
