We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Professional to join our team at Randstad. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and has previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and direct phone calls to appropriate team members.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Update and maintain company databases and filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support for various departments as required.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Organize meeting rooms, including preparing necessary documents and devices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
