We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at Aon. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and support the delivery of exceptional results.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and dynamic position that requires exceptional time management and organizational skills. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to our leadership team, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve process efficiency and productivity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Five years minimum experience in a similar role
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- An eye for detail and respect for confidentiality
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work autonomously in a stakeholder-dynamic environment
- The ability to manage up and work with executive leadership teams and their EAs
In addition to a competitive salary ($85,000 - $105,000 per annum), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
