Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position in the future. The role involves managing phone and email enquiries, data entry, and assisting customers with product knowledge and information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a small team, and have proficient computer skills including Outlook and Simpro software.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and order management
  • Customer service and support
  • Assisting with freight and bookings
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
