Our customer service team play an important role in how we champion successful independents, they're the ones connecting with our customers to deliver the orders that end up on the shelves of Australia and New Zealand's favourite family-owned businesses.
We have fantastic opportunities for experienced **Customer Service Operators **to join our team based in our **Crestmead **office. - **Full-time opportunities with a range of set shifts between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week.**:

- Call Centre experience - with the ability to manage high volume inbound/outbound calls, on average 50-60 per day
- High volume data entry of orders requiring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve internal and external stakeholders queries in a timely manner
- Process, investigate and follow up claims
- Be reliable, punctual, and have excellent multi tasking skills
- Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. salesforce) beneficial
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
