Location: Perth

Company Overview: CSG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a leading conveyor belt supplier OEM, we provide top-quality solutions to tier 1 mining clients. Our dedication to delivering reliable, high-performance products supports some of the biggest mining operations in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key tier 1 mining clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with technical teams to provide clients with tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Regularly visit client sites to maintain strong relationships, understand their operational needs, and provide ongoing support.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyor belt systems and their applications in mining operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to client sites and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
