Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Customer Engagement: Build trust and engagement with key accounts through regular outreach and communication, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions.
  • Business Development: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert resource for our technologies and solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present quarterly briefing reporting decks to key accounts, providing insights and recommendations to further their understanding of our capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Solutions-Focused: A solutions-focused seller with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to understand customer needs and create value-added solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, and other relevant technologies, with the ability to navigate complex tech stacks.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, customer relationships, and revenue growth.
